Initial training for new users is included in the system price. That means our training team will be at your practice when you are ready to go "live" on the system to ensure a smooth transition.
Unlike other companies, MICA does not charge a fee for training. This service is included in your software maintenance. A knowledgeable staff is an effective staff.
