Technology is key in today's business world. MICA is here to make sure that your are up to speed with your system to ensure success in your practice.

Our training is designed to support our clients' business solutions and allow them to better leverage the knowledge of their staff.  A more knowledgeable staff saves you time and money...and that's what effective training is all about.

Software updates and upgrades help to ensure your system is running optimally, and our toll-free technical support ensures your questions are answered and issues resolved in a timely manner.

 

Training

Workshops, refresher courses, new employee classes and manager workshops - these are just a few examples of the training MICA offers its users. You'll get real hands-on computer training in our classroom or we can schedule a one-on-one sessions with any of your staff members.

Initial training for new users is included in the system price. That means our training team will be at your practice when you are ready to go "live" on the system to ensure a smooth transition.

Unlike other companies, MICA does not charge a fee for training. This service is included in your software maintenance. A knowledgeable staff is an effective staff.

    

 


Software Updates & Upgrades

Software updates, enhancements and version upgrades are always included as a part of our software maintenance plan. This ensures that all of our clients are running the latest and greatest version of MICA software.

We also welcome customer input when adding new or improving features of our software.
