Most of our clients have 1-10 providers, although we do have larger clients.

Most of our clients are North Carolina Physicians, but we do have clients in many other states.

Our clients are looking to keep expenses low and receipts high. We offer moderately priced solutions that are reliable and efficient (since 1979),  Our average client has a Collection Ration of over 98% and days-in-receivable of under 35.

The average MICA Billing Services client is on our 6% plan. For example, a single physician family practice collecting $40,000 per month pays only $2,400. Compare this to a full time person (or two). 

We serve physicians with a variety of specialties, although we do not bill for Dentistry or Veterinary.  Anesthesia clients use our friends at UPMS - www.upms.net.
